Prell Integrative Physical Therapy is a physical therapy practice serving Oconee County and the surrounding areas. Outpatient services are provided at our fully equipped office. Clients are seen for all orthopedic conditions as well as vertigo and non-vertigo issues. Additionally, this practice is often the last resort before surgery, and it is taken very seriously. Evaluations and treatment sessions are one-hour appointments. Each session is one-on-one with the therapist every time.

Being mainly cash-based while accepting some insurance plans allows for a unique approach to care, developed over 20 years. This practice is not limited by what insurance companies will or will not approve, providing the care needed for specific situations.
